Amazing historic house, great for big families, walking location to downtown, park, and hikes. Would’ve given it a 4 but thought there would be more outdoor space to sit and gather they had some construction going on which they fully warned us about but I didn’t realize it would condense the outside space so much. Excited to stay here again after the construction
We’re a 3 generation family of nine — the house was perfect for us! Just the right size, super convenient to downtown, and set up for kids and adults to play games and have fun! We took advantage of the hot tub, visited Lowell Observatory, took the kids to the Aquaplex, and hung out at a local brewery. The backyard is under construction but we still had room to eat and read outdoors. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly.
This is a great historic house, less than a 5 minute walk up the hill from downtown Flag. Being such an old house I was afraid the kitchen and common areas might be too small for our group, but it turned out to great.
Even though it's a historically designated house, it has been properly updated and well appointed. Management was communicative and accommodating. The hot tub was clean and functioning well. And plenty of space to hang out and have meals with everybody.
The only knock I'm going to give it is that it needs another bathroom. With 6 rooms for people to sleep in it would have been nice to have even just another half-bath to accommodate the morning rush to get the kids out to the ski slopes on time.
