Villa La Guardia Istria ***** features accommodation situated in central Istria, but still very close to the beautiful beaches in Rabac (15-20 minutes by car). This elegant designer villa has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.
With direct access to a balcony with garden views, the villa consists of 4 bedrooms (all with king size beds, 1 with extra sofa bed). The air-conditioned villa also offers a flat-screen TV (w Netflix), a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaser, ice maker and wine cooler. Open space kitchen includes a seating area for 8. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This villa has in total 7 bathrooms. Each room has ensuite bathroom with shower.
Speaking German, English, Croatian and Italian, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area at the reception.
The villa has a spa and wellness centre, including a sauna, and an indoor jacuzzi. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace at this property and guests can go hiking nearby. THIS VILLA OFFERS MAGNIFICENT VIEWS OVER CENTRAL ISTRIA. SUNSETS AT THIS VILLA ARE NOT TO BE MISSED!

We are family Braje, passionate travelers happy to have ancestors living in beautiful Istria! This house was built in a location that was in the family's ownership for decades. With the help of designers, we have carefully considered every little detail in this villa!
Why they chose this property
This villa is called La Guardia, as this is what locals used to call the location where it was built ("stroža", meaning guards). Luckily, due to its position on the top of a hill, you will be able to enjoy magnificent views over Istrian hilltop towns.
What makes this property unique
