Close the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, rockets and cruise ships!
We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality mattress is in this unit.
Great patio with table, chairs and grill.
We ALSO provide: beach towels, chairs and umbrella
We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, coffee shops shopping, bars, nightlife, mini golf tree climbing ,zip lining.

We stayed for a week in March. It was a nice easy walk to the beach. What you see is what you get with this property. Clean and quiet area. We would stay here again.
