Private 10 minute nature walk to the beach via a peaceful shaded path under an oak canopy and serene nature trail with lush coastal greenery leads you straight to the sand. A desk with docking station and monitor are available for remote work. The community has two heated pools, one family and one adults only pool. There are tennis, shuffle board and racquetball courts. Enjoy everything Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer or drive approximately 45 minutes on the easily accessible 528 toll road to get to Orlando and all of the attractions.

The host, April, is very responsive and so nice to work with. The townhouse was very clean, and comfortable. The gated entry to the community gives an extra layer of security. Close to restaurants, groceries, the beach, etc. The community is filled with very friendly neighbors. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pools are super clean. The 10 min walk to the beach is very quiet - no busy streets; it is also beautiful, full of tropical landscaping. We viewed a good number of rocket launches from the beach, which was super cool.

Very relaxing property and safe location close to the beach!

The townhouse was well decorated in a beach theme which made it a very relaxing atmosphere. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed being able to sit out in the spacious screened in porch which allowed easy access for my son to park and charge his power wheelchair. The community offered a family pool and adult only pool. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The property owner was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations to area beach access for handicap and various businesses. The City of Canaveral has a great recreation center with pickleball and tennis courts as well as and indoor fitness center.
