This two-story home is located in a quiet neighborhood just off I-84 in Cascade Locks. It's a particularly convenient spot for dog owners and families, with a dog park and a playground across the street. You'll be within a mile or two of the Pacific Crest Trail, the Bridge of the Gods, several fantastic breweries, excellent restaurants (many of which are dog-friendly), and legendary soft serve. The town of Stevenson (six miles), the Bonneville Dam (seven miles), Multnomah Falls (15 miles) and other waterfalls, and Hood River (18 miles) are all within an easy, scenic drive.
Built in 2016, this home boasts new furnishings and a casual, comfortable layout that make you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas grill outside on the small deck, and a dining area for family dinners and board games afterward. In the evenings, take advantage of the high-speed fiber internet to stream movies on the living room's smart TV. Its reliability encourages guests to stream, play online games, or even catch up on remote work without fear of interruption. When the sun sets, tell stories around the gas firepit, or head upstairs to play foosball and listen to your favorite records in the den.
A private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.
