Summary:
Welcome to Palmetto Escape! Our beach side condo located in Myrtle Beach Resort is just PERFECT for any family. There are NO ELEVATORS, you MUST be able to climb stairs. Our 3rd floor cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has a private balcony so you can walk right out and enjoy the salt air, beautiful sunrises, stunning sunsets & the sound of the crashing waves. It is close to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The Space:
BED & BATH
Palmetto Escape has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser, night stand, table, closet and a Private Bathroom attached with a tub/shower combination as well as large sliding glass doors that give private access to the balcony. The Second Bedroom has a set of Bunk Beds (Twin on top and Full on Bottom), an additional twin size bed, closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combinations and is located in the hall.
LIVING AREA
The living room has a flat screen TV with cable access, a Sofa and two chairs and access from the living room to our private balcony.
KITCHEN
Our FULL SIZE kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.
DINING AREA
When it's time to dine, enjoy our kitchen bar with seating to accommodate up to 3 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony with brand new furniture so you can relax to the views of the ocean and pool. Complete with seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access:
*** Please note there is a $20.00 per week resort that must be paid at the gate on arrival per vehicle, they only accept credit or debits, no cash is being taken at the gate. Please be perpared to pay this fee on arrival. ***
Guest have access to the entire resort and all Amenities.
- Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
Plenty of Parking convenient to the building.

This condo is within a beautiful resort that has all the extra amenities that any family would want on a vacation. WiFi, cable, parking and access to all amenities on this gorgeous 33 acre gated oceanfront resort. Amenities include: 5 pools, multiple in & outdoor hot tubs, lazy river, tennis, corn hole, horseshoes, life size checkers, multiple grilling and picnic areas, basketball, volleyball, on site bar and grille, in building convenience store, coin laundry, gym and more.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**
**We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.**
- NO Smoking: Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- NO Pets: No Pets are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 5 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 if lost or missing.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $100.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
- ANY stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our white linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!! DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!!
***Please help us keep our white linen white and avoid any DAMAGE FEES!!**
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
