Perched on the top floor of our restored downtown heritage property (1893), the Polonnaruwa Loft offers a subtle nod to our memories of visits to Sri Lanka with a bohemian design.

Located in the middle of the city centre, the walk-up space is across the street from our favourite restaurants, a 2-minute walk to the Avon Theatre, & a 5 minute stroll to the banks of the Avon River

In addition to the private loft, you will have access to free laundry located in the 3rd floor common area.

Perfect locarion for shopping, food, and theatre.

Property was clean and has been renovated relatively recently. Parking was about 2 blocks away, very convenient for being in a city. Quiet property, very comfortable bed. Great communication with the host. The only checkout cleaning request was to put damp towels in the bathtub. Easy-Peasy, especially compared to some ridiculous lists I've seen elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again, but with all the good shopping and eating, I have to pay off my credit card first! :)
