Cozy 1 bedroom apartment in a beautiful, woodsy neighborhood.

Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home!
Just a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Lewisburg, home to 1 of only 4 Carnegie Halls in the world! Also just a quick 10 min drive to the world famous Greenbrier Resort!
The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in a beautiful, woodsy, upscale subdivision. If you love animals and wildlife, there’s a good chance you will see deer, squirrels, and turkeys in the backyard! Maximum of 2 guests and absolutely no parties are allowed. Quiet time from 10:00 pm-6:00 am. Pool is not included in rental. 1 dog under 50lbs with a 50.00 deposit allowed. No pit bulls allowed per our insurance. We do ask that pets be crated when leaving them.

Make sure to turn heat off.
Do not put loose trash in the outside garbage can.
Make sure the lock on the back door by the bathroom is unlatched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you show up with more than 1 dog, we will require you to pay another pet fee or possibly cancel your reservation.
If you smoke in our rental, you will be charged an extra 500.00 cleaning fee. You also may be asked to leave if it persists.
