Crystal Peak Lodge is the finest property in Breckenridge.

Forty steps from the lodge to the lift and legendary Breckenridge snow. The lift adjacent to the lodge puts lots of gentle beginners and intermediate Peak 7 terrain right outside your door and yet you have full and easy access to all of Breckenridge and the amazing range of beauty and challenge Breck has to offer.

Have lunch next to the lodge or put your feet up in the condo. For dinner go next door to the fabulous Seven's Restaurant, order a delivery pizza or prepare a five-star meal in our gourmet kitchen. A free shuttle will take you anywhere in town. But you'll probably want to stay right here.

In the public areas, enjoy the hot tubs (two tubs, two temperatures), the steam room, workout equipment and a large central public room with flat screen TVs, pool table, large lounging furniture in several conversation pits and a forty foot high glass wall looking up the slopes.

Your skis and boards are securely stored inside next to the slopes. Ski a few runs and come in for a cup of coffee and back to the slopes. Or take a longer break and hop in the hot tub and watch the skiers.

Eight-inch thick concrete construction and the corner location make this easily accessed third-floor unit SILENT. Enjoy our great entertainment system and the large dining table, comfortable leather furniture, reading chairs where you can glance up and watch skiers on the slopes. Your choice of a large tub or a glass-enclosed shower in the master bedroom. New this year, Tempurpedic mattress in each bedroom! There is a separate private bath and shower facility for the second bedroom.

There is a pull out queen bed in the living room and a separate Cord a Roy stuff bed.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting Breckenridge and this condo was so comfortable to come home to after a day of activities! The location is great with the gondola just steps away and the view can't be beat. Eric, our host, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and also provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back!

Right on the slopes

Nice property with a great location right at the gondola turn and at the Independence Superchair. We arrived to a very clean property that has indoor parking and easy access.

Best Place in Breck

This was our second time staying and it was just as great as the first time. You cannot beat the view from your balcony and the ease of access to slopes. Definitely will stay again and again!

Beautiful place and location

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. The place was clean, updated and very spacious. The view was incredible and location was great. Finding parking for a second car is a challenge so squeeze in one car if you can! Would love to stay here again.

I liked that the condo had two king size beds- for some reason there aren’t many properties that do. It’s tastefully decorated and has everything you might need on your vacation. Clean, inviting, great location!

Great location and amenities

The condo was perfect ski-in/out location. It was clean, spacious, quiet, well stocked kitchen and provided a lot of nice touches including smart TV, and QR codes for the shuttle service app. The shuttle was very convenient providing multiple drop off and pickup stops in town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this unit again.

Simply breathtaking

This is our second year at this resort. This place is spectacular. The owner is amazing and the concierge was remarkable. Condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could imagine. We already booked for next year.

Family Mountain Trip

Condo very nice and accommodating for my family of five. Great location and highly recommend. Will stay again if we return to the area. FYI for future renters the pool, movies theater, and bowling are located in a separate lodge just a short walk down to Peak 8. You can take the Gondola but shuts down at 5:30 or if weather in the area earlier. We never went down there for those amenities because we just stayed in our lodge and enjoyed the hot tubs, steam room, and pool table. Thanks Eric for sharing your space.

Perfect!

This condo had everything we needed and was so cozy and comfortable. Pick up your ski rentals in the same building. Restaurant options in the neighboring building. Free shuttle to downtown. Gondola right outside the door to take you to other peaks for skiing. Quick access to the private locker room to warm up between runs. Indoor parking is great! Crockpot! Great appliances and cozy beds. Large bathrooms with two sinks in each. Great views of the ski runs! No complaints!

Perfect location, excellent experience

This was our second time to stay at this location (June 2019/June 2020). The condo hasn't seemed to age a day, beautiful, clean, adn well-appointed. While we are still dealing with the COVID ramifications, some of the resort amenities are still shut down (as is the gondola to town) we still had an excellent time and cannot wait to come back again. The price and service are stellar. The location atop Peaks 8 and 7, has easy access to the gondola, Breck bus service, and several hiking/biking trails within 50yards of the condo. There is simply nothing I would add. I only wish I didn't need to leave (EVER).

Great location on Peak 7. Right next to the lift. Ski locker location was terrific. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Plenty of towels and I appreciated the washer/dryer to wash our ski clothes daily plus washing some of the extra blankets we used for the sofa sleeper. The blankets did smell like they hadn't been washed in a while so I just threw them in to freshen them.. Short drive into Main Street area or the gondola was literally right outside of the condo(It did start running at 7am every morning which woke us up the first 2 days but we quickly got used to it and didn't hear it) We would definitely return to this condo. It had everything we needed for a week of skiing in January;)

Review

The unit was nice for two couples because each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Showers were new and updated. It was easy to catch the free ride bus or shuttle into town as well as the free gondola right next door. One thing that needed improvement was the cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived, the countertops were filthy and the furniture and blinds were covered with dust. We had to wipe everything off with Lysol wipes. We did not feel that "high touch" surfaces had beed disinfected. One shower had hair all over the floor and drain.The floors were dirty with crumbs and food. Not sure when the blankets and bedspreads had last been cleaned. Lip prints were on the glasses. The cleaning service is not worth the $ 154 fee charged. Chairs around the kitchen table need new seats. Dishwasher had a leak, but owner/manager addressed this quickly and efficiently.

Awesome family spring break!

The location was fantastic!! Just as advertised, the unit was on the corner of the building right next to the Breck Express gondola, overlooking the base of Peak 7. We could see family members loading the Independence Super Chair right from the deck, and see them come down the slopes right to the base We stayed here for almost a week for spring break 2026 with our family of 5 (kids ages 9, 6, 2). Everything was so convenient! The storage locker for gear, ability to pick up the kids' rentals right there, the gondola to Peak 8 or into town, full kitchen & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of room in the unit for our family, too. We actually didn't spend much time in the unit during the days, but it was so nice to be able to pop in & out easily if we forgot something or the kids needed a rest. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, washer & dryer awesome (packed so much less!).Included parking was great - we had our SUV from home. Drove down to One Ski Hill at Peak 8 to use the pools & hot tubs a lot (the ones at Crystal Peak Lodge were out of order all but the first day). You could take the gondola or shuttle, too, but this was far more convenient with 3 kids in wet swimsuits. So fun there!We had a bit of allergy issues at first from dust (Christmas tree still up that looked to have been there for a while) and down decorative pillows on beds & couch, but overall everything was clean and in good condition.Had an awesome time; highly recommend for a family trip!!

We live in nearby Evergreen,CO. We love the mountains and we love our condo in Crystal Peak Lodge. Married 43 years, 4 grandkids. Life is terrific.

Why they chose this property

We appreciate how quiet it is. It feels like the whole area is yours in the evenings because the building is built so well that you rarely hear anything outside the condo. Fun to watch the snowcats with their headlights getting everything ready for tomorrow.

What makes this property unique

It is our home. It feels like home. It is equipped like home. Not the hand me downs from our main house but first class new gear. Always maintained. New dishes every year. We don't think you like worn linens, old furniture, loose handles, chipped cups or chipped dishes any more than we do. "Good enough" is not good enough. With all of our reviews (thank you for every one of them) we know our guests feel like right at home. Our guests standards are high. Good.
