Perfect Getaway!
The House at the Falls was the perfect spot to finish up our tour of the Pacific Northwest! The location just above the falls provides beautiful scenery and a great spot to cool off in the heat of the day. The hosts have paid attention to every detail to ensure you are comfy and well-supplied since it's a bit remote - which to us was definitely part of the charm. And the outdoor amenities with the hot tub, sauna, and kitchen added a bit of luxury to this rustic area. Loved this stay and would love to visit again!

Washougal River Retreat
This house was very cozy and situated on the edge of the national forest overlooking a beautiful mountain stream waterfall. We enjoyed exploring the forest and even spent some time swimming in the river by the falls. To warm up we hit the hot tub and grilled some steak for dinner. Fantastic place to relax and get some fresh air.

Quiet and Relaxing
We had an amazing time staying at the House at the Falls. We were looking for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature, and lots of fresh air for a short honeymoon. This was the perfect spot. Checkin was a breeze and we were greeted with a very cute Welcome Basket! Kyle messaged us the following day, just checking to see that we had everything we needed. From the sounds of the falls, relaxing in the hot tub or even watching a bald eagle fly over the river while in the sauna, this was exactly what we were looking for. Best part? It's only an hour from Portland! We'll be back again soon :)
