While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. We had a great stay. The place was exceptional clean and was very convenient to great food and the park for a good dog walk. Highly recommend this one!
We stayed here while visiting our daughter at ETSU, which was a three-minute drive. The accommodations are perfectly located. The rental was immaculately clean and looks just like the pictures. I can’t imagine paying money for a hotel and this will be our go-to whenever we are in the area!

Loved it, would definitely book a stay again!
Probably one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in in terms of layout, decor, size, and cleanliness. I would recommend with some caveats:-It is almost TOO clean, in that it smells very antiseptic. Like strong cleaning products. Knit picking for sure, just making that info available for those who are sensitive to strong smells. I'd personally prefer very clean over rosey smelling but dirty!-They very much put themselves out there as dog friendly. Which is nice if you have a dog. But also means, many others in the six unit shared home may have dogs. That aren't so keen on the concept of being quiet. And the walls are pretty thin in that regard. -It's located squarely in the "student ghetto" area of a large university. So can be pretty noisy at times, students partying, sirens, etc. Not only might you have some fellow VRBO tenants with dogs, but it seemed like half the street had large or multiple dogs (one had five). And they did not like sleeping in, or being quiet either. Like most of those type areas, you'd have a beautiful manicured home, next to an obvious student house, next to a house that looked unlivable. Not a place you'd want to go for a stroll after dark. Despite those things I still give it a five because of how polished (and large!) the unit was. I'd knock a half star off for the rest if it were allowed.
