Not being familiar with Durham quite honestly I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood where this property was located. But was happy to say I was very safe and the neighborhood was so cute and is currently being upgraded on a regular basis. In fact, I accidentally left the keys to my rental car in the car overnight and was pleased to see the car was still there in the morning lol. Everything was great. The house was super clean. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely go back again.

Our family was very pleased with our experience. As advertised, the property was modern and very clean. We appreciated the simple decor, while having everything we needed. The beds were comfy and cozy. Wifi worked well, and plenty of apps available on the Roku TV. Easy walk to East Campus (or to SkyZone). Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Thank you for the great stay!
