The unit has a king sized Posturepedic foam mattress, perfect for any back, Smart TV, Fast WiFi and Ethernet, stove, refrigerator, heat/AC with hot shower. The area is quiet by day and night. Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected (handles, remote, surfaces, knobs and switches). Dogs ok, cats with $250 refundable deposit.
Ring doorbell is used outside the door of the unit.
