This property was completely remodeled inside and outside (completed June of 2023). This is our 2nd VRBO rental & we are super excited to open it up to guests. Being new, we don't have any reviews, but we urge you to check out the reviews on our other listing to see what kind of hosts we are.

Backyard:
There are so many advantages to renting a house rather than a hotel room. The primary advantage is having your own private in-ground pool and hot tub and backyard oasis complete with an outdoor kitchen and 3 sitting areas. Feel free to use our outdoor propane griddle or BBQ pit or watch our outdoor TV from the pool.

Home Interior:
The rentable space is approximately 2,800 sq ft. with 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a high-end mattress. Inside, there is a large HD TV in the living area and a TV in each of the 4 bedrooms. The Gourmet kitchen is complete with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you could ever need. It also features a wine refrigerator. We have 2 dining areas, a breakfast nook that seats 6 w/ an island bar with seating for 3 or our formal dining area that seats 8. We also have a high-capacity washer & dryer that guests are free to use.

Other:
> The pool is available 24/7 but we ask that all music stop being played at 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors.
> Guests will be provided with an access code that will be used only for your stay.
> We have lived in San Antonio for quite some time and will be happy to provide tips on things to do, area attractions and local restaurants.
