Welcome to the Bayfront Retreat! Located bay front in the city of Jamaica Beach, this property has incredible views of Galveston Bay and is only a short golf cart ride to the beach as well! Enjoy local restaurants, food trucks and bars close by like the Way West Pizzeria, Venado's Cantina, and much more - only a 10-minute drive to Galveston as well.

This home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total, a large open concept living and kitchen space, plenty of entertainment area and seating and all with amazing views of Galveston Bay. There is a one-bedroom suite on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee from the third story deck while watching the kids catch fish right in the back yard or maybe enjoy some yoga waterside on the dock. There are two kayaks, life jackets and paddles, with two bicycles and helmets available as well. An outdoor entertainment area that features a granite countertop bar, big flat screen tv, a refrigerator and ice maker, even a margarita machine for the adults - Enjoy your beverage sitting around the glass fire pit next to the water. Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, outlets and USB chargers on almost every wall and end table. Free EV vehicle charger available upon request. Washer and dryers on both the ground floor and second floor. There are also two boat slips to store your boat as well as a swim ladder if you decide to take a swim in the bay.

The Kitchen features two full size ovens, four electric stove burners, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Stocked with pots, pans, baking sheet, plates, bowls, utensils, crockpot, toaster, wine glasses and much more. There is coffee and tea, offering a variety of dark and medium roasts, decaf, creamers, sugars and flavored teas. Paper towels and dishwasher detergent are also provided.

The Primary bedroom is on the third floor and boast incredible views of Galveston Bay from both East and West - you won't forget these sunsets and sunrises! The calming colors make this room a destination from the hustle and bustle. There is a king bed with cooling sheets, Smart TV, dedicated workspace facing the water and a walk-in closet. Attached is the master bathroom with a standup shower, jetted jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks.

The second bedroom is on the second floor and features a king size bed, flat screen TV, closet and electric shutters to help keep the room cool during hot summer months.

The third bedroom is on the second-floor features two sets of bunkbeds, with reading lamps, flat screen TV, love seat and a closet.

Amazing views of the bay whether you're cooking dinner in the kitchen or BBQing by the water. Enjoy meals or coffee on the decks while taking in the scenery and wildlife or just lounge in the hammock by the water waiting for the fish to bite. Rent a golf cart and ride to the beach or take the bike for a ride around the neighborhood or to the community pool close by.

The city of Jamaica Beach is a short drive to Galveston and has their own fire department and police services. The community has a neighborhood park and a community pool that is $5 per person, per day - paid directly at the pool and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
