Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've rented condos in the Maui Vista complex 6 or 7 times over the years and this was one of the best experiences yet. The condo was spotless upon arrival and it has everything you need including beach gear (only thing missing is an umbrella or two). There were a couple of issues we discovered a day or so in and the Management company responded immediately, staying on top of the resolution and following up to make sure everything was good. Even after their regular business hours they made sure everything was being resolved. It really was white glove service like you might experience at a resort. Add all this to an ideal location in Kihei that's walkable to beaches, restaurants, shops, food and basically everything you would need. Highly recommended.

Condo was clean and the layout was fantastic. Only issue we had was with the A/C. Unfortunately on the 3rd nite of our 7 nite stay there was a power loss to the entire complex. When the power came back 3 hours later the condenser on the balcony must have shorted out because the A/C continued to work but would not cool the condo below @78-82 degrees depending on time of day. Owner has a wifi thermostat and has a setting where the A/C turns off after 6 hours of use & if the bedroom door is not completely shut. Property management was slow to recognize that the A/C unit was broken, possibly confused thinking the wifi settings were causing the issue. Long story short it took until the final day for the property management to bring in some temporary interior A/C units so that we could finally get a good nites rest. The owner limits the A/C use to 6 hours consecutive. We did not know this when we rented as it was not stated in the description (our goal is to get 8 hours sleep, especially when on vacation). If the owner is looking to save money on the electric bill a better option might be to raise the price of the rental to cover the cost. On a side note we owned a condo in Vermont that we rented thru VRBO- imagine setting the temperature at 64 degrees and advising renters to wear a sweater? Unacceptable. Other than that the condo was a great location and met all of our expectations.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

This condo was everything we expected and more! When we entered through the front door, everything was immaculate and the view was amazing. My daughter, who slept in the loft, was in tears at how beautiful everything was - a true respite from our busy lives as teachers/students. Check in/out was very easy. My only suggestion to the property owners would be to allow for check in one hour earlier, since the front office closes at about the same time as the scheduled check in time. We arrived a little early, checked in through the office, and then waited in our car until we were allowed inside the condo. There was a small issue with the upstairs shower (slow leak), but the property manager communicated with us prior to our arrival, and the repairman updated us when we arrived. It did not impact our stay at all, and we appreciated the communication and efforts to fix it before we arrived. We very much appreciated the following amenities: * washer and dryer with provided laundry soap * fully stocked kitchen with every cooking tool that we needed * dishwasher and provided dish detergent * travel-size shampoos, soaps, etc in the bathrooms * basket of treats on the kitchen counter (we especially loved the coffee!) We would DEFINITELY return to this location in the future. It was perfect for our family of four and offered everything we needed for a restful vacation on your beautiful island. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for your guests.
