It was perfect for my brother and me to meet in Durham for a concert. Would def stay again when we come back. I am a clean freak. It’s difficult for a lodging to meet my standards this one exceeded the! Highly recommend!

Good location. Walking distance to downtown or to restaurants by Duke. Safe location. Comfortable apartment with enough amenities to keep you comfortable for one night, or a 13-week stay like ours. Compared to hotels in the area, this was a great deal for a great stay.

it is a nice apartment, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay. private parking out back is a nice feature. You are on the second floor, so be ready for about 15 steps, but the stairs are not steep and they are wide.

Great place to stay!

My daughter and I were in town to visit our Duke student and this was the perfect location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was so easy! And it was great to have a place to park. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and timely with communication. I hope to be able to stay here again on future visits to Durham.
