San Carlos 1408 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 14th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• New wood tile flooring is in the bedrooms and the living room. There is ceramic tile throughout the rest of the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home, including beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats four, and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The attached bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• There is also a folding crib in the unit for your convenience

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

***This property has been designated as a 'No Smoking' property, including each unit's balcony. There is a designated smoking area at the BBQ area.***

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are to be purchased at the front desk on floor 3 for $50 each plus tax.

• Per the San Carlos HOA: The listed guest on any San Carlos unit rental reservation must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Should a violation of this rule be determined by San Carlos management, immediate eviction is hereby mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
