UPDATED 2 BEDROOM & 2 BATH BEACH FRONT CONDO
FREE WIFI.
The Kitchen HAS STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES UPDATED CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS. It has a new table with 6 chairs. There are 4 bar stools and restaurant style highchair. MASTER BEDROOM HAS new furniture. A KING BED. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 FULL SIZE BEDS.
THERE IS A new SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM.
CERAMIC TILE THROUGH OUT.
IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size Speed Queen WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT.
Sliding glass balcony door with floor to ceiling windows.
BALCONEY IS ON THE OCEAN FRONT. LARGE heated POOL AND KIDDIE POOL. EXERCISE ROOM.
CHARCOAL GRILLS AND COVERED PICNIC TABLES, A COVERED AREA BY THE POOL. Has 2 ELEVATORS.
It is CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, WATERVILLE, ZOO, CITY PARK, THE HANGOUT and MUCH MORE.
There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units.

We loved our stay! The location is great, walking distance to The Hangout and lots of souvenir shops. The condo was well supplied with tons of pots, pans, and cookware. The rooms were spacious, and the layout worked really well to maximize space. We never had to wait very long on the elevator, and there were carts available to get suitcases and groceries to our condo with ease. The beds were comfy and there were tons of options to watch television, if you have the patience to mess with it a little to figure things out. We had no complaints at all and highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Smaller complex which helps keep the beach less crowded. Condo is very comfortably furnished. At the end of the hallway. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony is kind of small by it’s ok for 2 people. My only complaint is paying 50 for parking.
