Welcome to All Decked Out!!!! Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a staircase that leads up to the 300 square foot rooftop deck. The deck is a great place to enjoy a refreshing beverage and relax. From the deck you can take in views of the gulf, see amazing sunsets and feel the ocean breezes.

The backyard is another great outdoor space. There is some shade provided by several young live oak trees. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with pets or young children. There is a little patio area in between the house and a screened in cookhouse.

So more about that great cookhouse. It is screened in and has a bbq, 2 burners, fridge, table with four chairs, 49" inch Roku tv with YouTube TV streaming available for guest use, lights and ceiling fans. This is the perfect place to clean the day's catch and cook it up. You can grill or fry today's catch in the outdoor cookhouse or have low country boil. The cookhouse features: a natural gas Blaze grill, and a sink for prep and easy clean up. Heavy cookware is provided along with grilling utensils.

There is plenty of off street parking for multiple vehicles. If traveling with a boat or by RV we have room for that too. RV hookups available. Inside All Decked Out our guests will enjoy spacious open living areas. There is a sun porch that is great for that morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen has been updated recently with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is central air conditioning along with ceiling fans in each room.

The home can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds and two sets of twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The master bathroom has a shower only. Both bathrooms have hair dryers available. It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach across Hwy 98!

Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand. If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance: Caribbean Coffee and Mango Marley's.

For indoor entertainment there is YouTube TV for the 43” inch Roku television in main living area, same for the 32" inch Roku television in master bedroom, along with Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family) connectivity throughout the house. There are books, an assortment of DVDs and a few of your favorite board games. Please see our website.

July 4th

We loved everything about this home away from home. It has everything you need and the roof deck was the perfect place to watch the amazing firework show for the 4th. We had a family of 7 and a baby stay in this house and it was perfect. The beach is just a short walk and coffee, ice cream, gift shops and beach pizza is basically in the driveway. We will definitely book this home again.

Another great stay - 3rd visit back to All Decked Out

We love staying at All Decked Out at Mexico Beach. There is plenty of space for a big family and lots to do. There is a coffee shop and sweet shop just a few feet away. There are two amazing playgrounds less than ten minutes from the house. Our favorite thing about ADO is the big outdoor kitchen. This rental truly feels like a home away from home.

Best Value in Mexico Beach

The description and pics that accompany the listing are totally accurate, but actually being there was above and beyond our expectations. One thing you can't glean from the listing is that the kitchen is very nicely stocked with dishes, glassware and cookware. The owners are prompt, helpful communicators. If this house is available for the dates you want, book it.

Great place to stay

This house was very close to the beach and has a great kitchen/appliances as well as a cook house with grill etc which is great for cooking meals to save on going out to eat. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off and beach wagon came in very handy. We had a little issue with the a/c but the owners were very responsive and had a repairman out in a timely manner. They also refunded some for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a beach that is close and not crowded. The house is very close to crazy beach pizza and ice cream which we hit regularly coming off the beach hot and hungry 😜

Very nice accommodations. Even though our fur babies were not with us the yard would have been perfect for them. Well stocked kitchen. We didn't use the cookhouse, but my son-in-law loved it and took pictures and made a video! I predict he will have one of his own! One very minor issue was the ceiling fan in the back bedroom would not run on a setting other than low. One small suggestion would be additional seating in the family room. Overall an excellent property. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beach house.

Exceeded our expectations

Traveling to Mexico Beach 8 months after hurricane Michael, we didn’t know what to expect, but we chose to go anyway to visit our favorite beach and support the local community that we’ve loved going to for 11 years. Tori kept us informed of repairs and services being made and restored at the property well in advance of our arrival. The location of the home is perfect, with just a short easy walk to the beach. There are cute stores and a fantastic coffee shop right next to the home, and a couple of places to eat within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful! We spent time on the rooftop deck enjoying coffee and the breeze. The kitchen is great, with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two grown sons (18 & 21). And don’t get me started on the cookhouse... it’s the most amazing space ever! We had a few little issues during our stay that were no fault of the owner (the hot water heater went out, we had trouble with the lockbox keypad, and there was a city-wide water outage). Tori was always easily reachable by text, responded almost instantly, corrected the things that she could right away, got us additional information on the what she couldn’t, and followed up later to check in on us. Even though she’s out of state, she has great people locally (shout out to Angie & Slim!) who handle things for her. We’ve rented at many HomeAway properties in different cities over the years, and Tori is the most responsive & attentive owner we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We can’t wait to return to “All Decked Out” in our favorite little beach town!

Perfect Spot for a family!

This was the perfect place for our trip to Mexico Beach! The house was the right size and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. And a short walk to a few restaurants and shops. The rooftop deck was a nice touch in the evening. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back!

Sunset Spectacular

A beach with room to roam. Beautiful beaches laid back people and great food in Port St. Joe just minutes away. Southern hospitality abounds. Great fishing, and the kids can play in the street. If getting away from the crowd appeals to you then this is the place, at least at the time of the year we go, might be a bit different in the summer. Great house on a quiet street with great views from the deck. We will be back.

We have family that live in the Panama City area. While visiting them they introduced us to Mexico Beach. We fell in love with the little beach town. The beaches are beautiful and it is so relaxing. No hustle and bustle here. Just come and relax. This made us start our search for a little piece of heaven, a beach house. This cozy beach house caught our eye and we think you will like it too!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the view and ocean breezes from the rooftop deck. Also the young live oak grove in the backyard is beautiful. It is perfect for our family in the respect that there aren't any stairs and the yard was fenced; making it great for our dogs and young children.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is unbeatable! Beach is quick walk, within walking distance of several restaurants, and business center of Mexico Beach, yet the street is very quiet and peaceful. Plus the cookhouse and rooftop deck. This property has a lot to offer and is so comfortable, we felt at home right away.
