“The Nest” is better than ever! This charming beach cottage is just steps from one of Florida’s most beautiful pet-friendly white sand beaches. Perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind, this cozy getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape.

   •   Brand-new huge private outdoor shower – ideal for rinsing off kids or pets after a beach day.
   •   A large-capacity ice maker to keep your cooler stocked and ready.
   •   Steps to the sand – no need to drive, just walk right out and you’re there.
   •   Plenty of parking for your boat and trailer, plus a new public boat ramp just up the road.

Need bikes?
We offer 26” aluminum-frame beach cruisers for rent at $50/week per bike. Just let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve.

Long Weekend Fishing Trip

Great Location, very clean! Went down for a 3 day fishing trip with 2 friends and really enjoyed the place. Very convenient to boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

We currently live in the North Metro Atlanta area where we raise our 3 kids. We love the Gulf coast and travel to the Florida white sand beaches frequently. We fish, golf, travel and enjoy life!


Why they chose this property

We bought this cottage for our vacation home while living in the Atlanta area. We couldn't get enough of this peaceful, friendly place, so we bought this gulf view home. We have a home in metro Atlanta and have decided to share this cottage with others who have fallen in love with the Gulf and the white sand beaches!

What makes this property unique

We love to walk our dog on the beach, watch our kids swim and play in the sand, ride bikes along the coast, campfires on the beach at night and take the boat out to catch some fish. If we don't feel like cooking, we head to Killer Seafood for nationally-recognized Killer Fish Tacos or a bread bowl full of fresh, local seafood and Award-winning Killer Seafood Sauce. Yum! Or, a trip to Provisions in Port Saint Joe- just a short drive up the coast to the east. Incredible food!
