Green Home: Sleep 6(2 bedrooms / 1 full bath & 1/2 bath)1 King bed, 2 twin beds, and two trundle twin beds

The first floor provides an open concept living space with multiple sofas, dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also located on this floor is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Doors open to a large deck with additional outdoor seating, dining table, gas grill, and hot tub.

The Second floor of the home features a large private master bedroom with a king bed along with great views of the bay. The second floor also includes an open bedroom with two twin daybeds and trundles along with a half bath. A full size washer and dryer are located in the half bath.

Red Home: Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms / 1 full bath).1 Queen and 2 Twins


On the first floor you will enjoy the open concept living room with a sofa, side chairs, and a dining table for six guests. The kitchen space is well equipped with two large double doors that lead out to the covered patio. The covered patio features a sectional sofa and dining table for six. A private bedroom with a queen bed are located on the 1st floor. In addition, there is a full bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combination. The first floor stairs lead to a open loft with two twin beds that overlook the bay and surrounding property.

Guests will have exclusive access to the both homes and yard.

RVs, ATVs, UTVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed on the property.
