1700 sq ft home, newly remodeled, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs: family room with large screen TV, internet, along with Smart TV’s. (Please note that due to location, internet may not be available), Washer and dryer downstairs. “Peak a boo” view of the bay. Lots of parking space, backyard deck with BBQ grill and raspberries around the property. Everything you need to relax at the end of the day located in the middle of Homer! Walking distance to Main Street and riding distance to the Spit. This is a split level entry home! Three queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin XL bunk beds (4 twin beds). Easily sleep 8-10! If you have children, check out the Hornaday Park, just a couple of minutes from the house! Beautiful playground! Perfect for a family reunion! No smoking, no pets. Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items. No processing of fish allowed on property.

Up on Diamond Ridge, overlooking the Spit! Homer is a beautiful town and the Alaskan scenery is a once in a lifetime experience! There’s sooo much to see and it’s so relaxing to come home to a nicely furnished place that’s just up the hill from town on a quiet cul de sac!!!
