Beachfront Villa Quiet Location Tropical Garden with private access to the beach

In a peaceful and safe residential area, with stunning views across the bay and private access to a secluded beach, Veranda Beach House is a true oasis of quiet and calm within a paradise of a mature tropical garden where birdlife abounds. The house is well appointed with 3 double en-suite guest rooms, a large living room and kitchen and a spacious veranda; comfortable both inside and outside. The area is rural, tranquil yet attractive and smart. Please note that whilst Veranda has been fully rebuilt (better and more beautiful) following Hurricane Beryl in 2024, there are a few houses on the island still to be completed, including locally; guests are advised that there may be construction noise weekdays 8am to 4pm until December 2026. Reach out to us for further details. A separate 2 bed apartment is available next door at an extra cost. The villa has good parking facilities and is a 5 minute walk to the main road. There is a lot to see locally and we can guide you through the many options both for dining and exploring. Just reach out if you have any queries and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Carriacou is unique and genuinely Caribbean. With a history of boat building, some superb dive sites and an underwater sculpture park on our doorstep, some beautiful hiking opportunities there is so much to discover!

What makes this property unique

Veranda Beach House has to be seen to be believed….as our guests say, no photos do justice to the stunning views, the sounds and sites of paradise in our tropical garden, a private walkway down to a secluded bay where the swimming and snorkelling is truly Caribbean…..it is all way guests come back to stay time after time.
