Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately. Quiet neighborhood just a quarter mile from the main road through the area. Driveway is steep with limited parking but that was not an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay in this relaxing location.
We loved this home (cabin)! Glad we had a heads up on parking. I would not recommend taking a car(Sudan) to this property (unless you park at the bottom of the big hill). But no issues for our family we had SUVs. Everything was great and very convenient for our families stay. Glad we found it!
We had a great trip visiting my daughter who is at school at the University of Tennessee with another family. The location was only about 30 minutes from campus and close to activities in the mountains. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable for all of us. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Thank you so much Molly for staying with us! We are so glad you had a great trip. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Whispering Pines again!
The house was perfect location and clean. The only downside if any would be the driveway being so steep and difficult to park cars. Two out of three had trucks which was iffy if you didn’t line up right. The car scraped a little. You may want to add that to the listing.
Henry was communicative and great to work with. Cabin is beautiful and located conveniently. The driveway is very steep and can be a bit difficult with multiple vehicles. Overall- great stay and would use again.
The house was very clean and a get set up inside. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and nice indoor pool. The outdoor area in the back was very limited and the fire pit did not work due to it being rusted out. The drive way was difficult to navigate due to the steepness and tightness of it. Front decks were beautiful and peaceful to sit on.
We stayed at the cabin for spring break. We had a great time with our kids and dogs for an entire week. There’s so much to do in town, and the cabin is a great place to relax in the hot tub and pool or sit on the porch and enjoy nature. this was truly a great getaway for our family and leaves us recharged. I highly recommend this for groups or families with children.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the indoor heated pool and 4 adults were able to work remotely from the house (internet is better at this house than our own home!). The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had enough supplies in the kitchen to make meals at home. Being close to a main road is a great plus as we have stayed elsewhere in the area but far away from a main road. Dogs loved going on walks in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
The house is very modern and nice, however the parking and driveway is HORRIBLE. It isn't easy to enter/exit and park. We were in a 4 wheel drive but I was clutching my pearls each time we had to get in the car.
Overall we had a great time. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very easy to find. The downstairs is very open and was a great setup to spend time with the family as a large group. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The driveway is not set up to fit more than 2 cars and is incredibly steep, so if you’re traveling in a large group beware. There was also a lot of construction going on next door and construction debris all in front of the house so we ended up with a screw in our tire. The water feature did not work in the pool which was disappointing.
Cabin was great but the location and surroundings were not what I was hoping for. Driveway was steep and pretty slick when wet. Not a good place to park.
We had a great time at the house. Very specious and well equipped. Nice touch with toiletries and monogrammed towels. We were told to bring pool towels but there were plenty for us to use. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to the main road. Some construction work but nothing to bother with. Things that can be improved: water cattle( I am morning tee person and had to boil water in the pot), all bathrooms had toilet paper holder that are pretty loose and didn’t hold the roll in. And maybe improve parking area so people can park at the bottom ( very steep driveway).,Overall we were very pleased with the house. Thank you

Our family had an early Christmas gathering at this wonderful home. The home was new, clean, and very spacious. The home is located less than a mile off the parkway for easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery stores. The email communication with management wasn't difficult. We had one minor issue that was quickly addressed on the same day.
The only concern was with the parking. The driveway is a little steep, but wasn't a deal breaker. We plan to rent again in the future!

New Cabin - active construction site
Be aware the driveway is VERY steep! Will need 4wd to park up by the door. The biggest issue is the active construction site. Every morning we were woken up by excavators, bulldozers, jack hammers and back up beepers at 7am. The fire-pit outside was nonfunctional and the waterfall feature in the pool didn’t work either. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs all need a remote to turn on the light and fan. Some of the remotes wouldn’t work - they were missing batteries. Seems like things aren’t adequately checked before the next guests arrive. We also experienced mice because we found their droppings on the counters the next morning. If you are needing to relax in the cabin - this wouldn’t be it.

Close to Soaky Mountain
I want to say there are great things about this house (eg location to park, stores, beautiful balconies, etc), but I did feel a little disappointed so I’d like to provide productive feedback to help owners improve for future guests.
The parking is incredibly steep. We have a 4wd truck and still had a tough time. Our guests had to park in the road and walk up a very steep driveway. Difficult for Nana. I would not rent this in rainy or snowy weather. We found tire popping nails in driveway.
We got the place based on the pictures and when we got there it was very different. Ping pong table is very small as are the pool and fire pit area. The weeds were four foot high including poison ivy so difficult to sit outside at the fire pit. Some roundup would do wonders.
We asked if gas or charcoal. We were told gas but it is charcoal. The grill is also super close to woody area that looked very flammable with trees that hung precariously over the unit perhaps from a previous storm.
The pan handles are falling off. Coffee pots barely worked. Limited kitchen items. Several items were greasy and required us to rewash them before using. A few cutting boards would be good. Bring your own trash bags - you get just 2.
Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. I’d encourage a few more blankets.
The owners provided a qr and link to the portal for access but an hour prior the link said inactive and owners had to correct and resend it. But owners were very kind and responsive.
