Located in the Highlands areas of Lake Hatcher, this home is perfect for your family getaway! This is a quiet area on a cul-de-sac with little traffic and you can walk to the miles and miles of trails in Turkey Springs Trail Systems.

As you enter this 2 story vacation cabin, you enter in the living room with cozy couches, fireplace, TV, game table and access to all areas of the home. Just off the living room is the kitchen and eating area. The kitchen is well stocked, perfect for the in-home meals, and you can relax out on the deck, and enjoy a coffee in the morning while taking in the views. Keep an eye out for the wildlife, deer always seem to be around!

Just off the kitchen area is the master bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath that is shared with the house. There is also a private door to the deck. Between the living room and garage is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds for the kiddos. Upstairs is another queen bedroom, full bathroom and an additional play room with another TV. This home is perfect for the family with kids. There is plenty to explore and a quiet street to ride bikes.

This home is pet friendly. There is a $75.00 per fee per dog. There is a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog.
There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized.

This home does not have AC

Great place in the mountains

We loved our stay, the house was perfect for our group. We loved the mountain scenery with town just about 15 minutes away. The house was clean and comfortable.

Family vacation 2025

Family vacation was a success! Reservations were easy and communications with our host was great. The house was nestled in a cul-de-sac in a nice quiet neighborhood not too far outside town. We arrived late evening and had no issues getting inside and settled. We made a couple meals a day at the rental and was provided with all of the appliances and utensils necessary to do so. The location of this house was great. We were able to go out in the morning to explore the San Juan Forest, return for a nap and spend the evenings in town. We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed our next trip.

Midway weekend with daughter

We were looking for a place partway between our home and where our daughter lives, and Pegosa Springs was an appealing option. This residence was perfect for us. It is a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, as evidenced by the numerous deer around the home. We enjoyed hikes within 10 minutes drive, and town is only 5 miles away.

Great Vacation Cabin

My family and I had a great time on our vacation and this cabin was great to come back to after our activities. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. Nice deck to enjoy the view and watch hot air balloons in the mornings. The representative was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The twin beds are downstairs and have an exterior door. It was nice having a hangout room upstairs for the kids to hook up their Xbox. We brought our ATV and we were able to drive from the cabin to Piedra Falls (you could also take your vehicle to the trailhead).

Beautiful Pagosa Springs

We were a tad apprehensive when we decided to book this home because there had been no review yet on the listing. Upon checking in and communicating with the staff of the management service, we were pleasantly surprised and were glad that we took a chance. The management company was professional and efficient. The personable and friendly staff responded quickly to texts, even after hours. Checking out was easy and guests-friendly. The refundable deposit was promptly returned soon after checking out. The home itself is clean, comfy and roomy for our family of 5. It has everything to make us feel at home. We woke up every morning to picturesque view of the valley with occasional glimpses of deer. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with neighboring houses spaced far apart enough for privacy. We hiked and fished at the close by Piedra River. No crowd! It was a treat stumbling upon this wonderful home and interacting with its management service staff. We will definitely come back to this home again.

House is great and lots of rooms/beds. Having garage access was nice with our pets that were also accepted. Quite neighborhood and awesome patio with view! Perfect location to hit trails and still be short drive in town. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice TV and good internet. Not much else could ask for! Some of the communications with VIP for concierge services etc. a little over the top but not overwhelming. The extra little random touches VIP provided like snacks was awesome more like resort treatment.
