You will totally relax in this newly updated unit just blocks from the campus of Texas A&M. This unit has a custom kitchen, comfy king beds, first class finishes/decor, and convenient parking. Additionally, because it is on the "Bryan-side" of campus, it is convenient to everything in Bryan/College Station. The other units in this 4-plex are short term rentals...so if you need places for friends and family, you can all stay together-just message the hosts for details!

The location to campus is amazing. So close and convenient! The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. The area is a little rundown but it was very quiet and I close to many stores and restaurants. I hope to enjoy another stay in the future.

Great place, wonderful service and a perfect location! I’ll be back!

We needed a weekend base to visit my daughter at TAMU. The owners made us feel so welcome and were extremely helpful. The place was well kept and clean. We were even able to do her laundry real quick to help her out. Check in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place and host if you need a place in college station!

Game weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to Northgate. It is walking distance to the stadium if you want to walk. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only issue was internet/Wi-Fi was spotty. It worked on our phones and the tv, but it wasn't super consistent. Owners worked with us to get it fixed, so it was a minor inconvenience. We look forward to renting this place again.

Smooth Stay, Accurate Depiction

The apartment is exactly how it looked to me on the site. The check in process went perfectly, even a bit later at night. We didn't need anything special, so we didn't contact the host until we were leaving, but they gave excellent instructions and communicated everything that we needed ahead of time. When we communicated to them that we were leaving, they responded immediately - making me guess that they probably would have been just as quick if we had needed anything. I will look at this apartment next time we are in town!

I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
