Comp weekend

We were in town for CrossFit competition. Our VRBO was so convenient. 5 minutes away from venue. Very clean, comfy and spacious. Would love to stay here again!!!

Beautifully Decorated, At Home Feel- Good & super clean!

The place was so clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The cleanest home share I’ve ever been to. You can tell that they really care for their visitors. My kids enjoyed the place as well. They had a nice plethora of board games and kids activities. Would definitely stay again! The owner answered immediately when I had an issue with the WiFi. Communication was excellent. Thanks for making us feel at home! We give this place a 10 out of 10.

Great Family Getaway Home

My brother and his wife and my wife and I enjoyed a week long get together in comfort in this new home located adjacent to downtown Bryan. It was perfect! We hosted an extended family breakfast at the home and did so in complete comfort. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We were in town for a family wedding and the condo was very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking around historic Bryan and traveling to the 2 wineries.

Quick stay, perfect place!

Great location, great apartment and owner

Check-in was effortless, and the owners were so easy to work with. The place was very clean, and the location was perfect for our A&M plans. The only two things I can say that were not so good were the beds were awful in both bedrooms, as far as comfort, and we all had a not so good night sleep. The owner should seriously consider replacing/upgrading. And, the coffee maker was broken and non-functioning; had to go out and get coffee.

Great location with lots of space

Loved our stay here! Great location! It's walking distance to downtown Bryan with lots of restaurants and shops and less than 10 minutes from A&M campus. My husband was remote working and used the large kitchen table as a desk and had no problems with internet connection. Also nice to have a full size kitchen, 2 nice big bathrooms and lots of storage/closet space to hang clothes and keep luggage out of site. Check in was very easy and good parking. Everything was just smooth and easy and we have already booked a 2nd stay.

Clean…so clean. This VRBO was the best. So spacious and comfortable. Loved the natural light! Easy and clear instructions to access property, and excellent communication with the property manager from the get go. Great experience. Thank you!

We live in Bryan and enjoy every minute of it. Margie is an Aggie (class of '04), and Russ has adopted the Aggie traditions and excitement as his own. Together we enjoy hosting people from around the country. We have only had these units since early April '23 and have already hosted guests from as far away as Arizona and Alabama. It is a pleasure to host them.

Why they chose this property

The location is an easy walk to the revitalized downtown Bryan with restaurants and the historic Queens Theater. Two blocks south is the Kyle house with the locally owned and operated Polite Coffee Roasters, whose locally roasted coffee is served fresh daily. There is none better. It is about 10 minutes from Texas A&M and five minutes from the newly constructed Legends Events Center and Midtown Park.

We stand out as a well-located quiet place to relax, with all the necessary amenities and more. The roomy unit has a full-sized, well-provisioned kitchen allowing guests to cook everything from snacks to a gourmet meal.
