North Shore Pointe
North Shore Pointe is an oceanfront completely renovated beach house on the ever popular North Shore in the beach side development of Bravos de Boston.

There is snorkeling in front of and around this Vieques vacation rental house as well as two swimming beaches, La Lanchita beach 60 seconds away and La Chata beach 2 minutes walk from North Shore Pointe.


This spectacular house is located in the heart of Bravos de Boston and sits directly on the North Shore of Vieques, Puerto Rico, with the waves lapping at the foundation. The relationship between the house and the ocean blur as you dream of being on the bow of a ship.


North Shore Pointe comfortably accommodates eight people and the owner's consider this house to be child friendly as their three year old can attest.


The house has a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property is quite spacious for eight people with two living rooms on two floors of the main house.


This vacation home is all about out of doors living with several balconies and the largest balcony consisting of 660 square feet. The spectacular infinity pool with its waterfall and deck spaces will beckon you. There is a stairway taking you to the waterfront along with an ocean side deck for relaxing to the sounds of crashing waves.


As with all Bravos Boyz properties North Shore Pointe has our full menu of amenities including all you need for the perfect beach vacation. You only need to bring your bathing suit and your favorite pair of Havaiana's.

Do yourself a favor and book it!

Our family of 5 (kids 17, 14 & 9) loved every minute of our stay in Vieques and this house. The views from the deck are even more incredible in person ... sitting on the couches under a full moon was amazing. The house is exactly as described and amazing - very clean, comfy beds, good wifi, and again breathtaking views of Puerto Rico, Culebra and even St Thomas on a clear day. The location was perfect in our opinion, close enough to town to be super convenient while also far enough out to enjoy some privacy. Bravos Bros were terrific - great communication before and during the trip and super easy/convenient to rent a jeep from them too. Highly recommend this house and this amazing island.

Beautiful property for the right guests

I was prepared to fall in love with this house. There are only a few, easily remedied issues, but first, the good: the view is incredible, kitchen superbly outfitted, balcony to die for, perfect pool, and lots of great furniture to lounge about. However, this is really a three adult-bedroom house with one child's bedroom. Three bedrooms have great views and are good sized or better, but the fourth bedroom is a tiny, no-view cell, great for kids but not so much for adults. All the beds need new mattresses - some are actually crippling to sleep on. But the ocean view, peaceful neighborhood, and low-key vibe of Vieques are fabulous!

Family Vacation

Overall I think this is a good place. The Balconies and the Pool are by far the best parts of the house. The house itself has good bones, but could use a little maintenance. The first night here one of the beds broke ... as there were some thin wooden planks holding it up. We were advised a previous tenant had broken the downstairs door to the patio, so we had to access the pool from the front door. Only one side of the toaster worked, and the ice maker had a hole in it so we had to put a bucket in the freezer to catch the falling ice, to make sure we would have ice for the following day. The Internet/Wifi did not work when we arrived, and although the equipment was replaced, the signal remained spotty throughout our stay. Overall the house is nice, it just seemed that the overall upkeep may be a little lacking, especially with this being one of the higher price points we found when searching houses in the area.

The property was supposed to have 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. In reality there was 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. With four adult couples, the one couple in the double bed room could not sleep in there for a whole week. i contacted the owner and they did accomodate us with letting us stay in the Casita. But it was not as the listing stated. The house had ragged bedding and beach towels. There were no kitchen towels or dishcloths. We were told they don't have them. Odd to say the least. We had no gas for the first 3 days, so we could not use the dryer, stove or the grill. On the other hand, the view was beautiful. The pool deck overlooked the ocean with an infinity pool. All in all, we had a wonderful time. But if a property is rated as high as it was, I expected a much nicer place. We rented Jeeps from the rental company. They were filthy and one was missing a side view mirror. The other one did not have air conditioning. Both problems were fixed, but they should have never happened in the first place. We had an ant infestation in one the the Jeeps. They were crawling all over the back seat and on one of the women in our group. They were coming from under the seatblet buckle, from the back of the Jeep. Luckily we had bug spray to fumigate the car. Again, should not have happened if the car had been cleaned as we were told it had been. Definately would not stay there again.

The location is exceptional. Our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids aged 15-11) had a wonderful time. 5 nights went by too quickly, we could have taken another 5! Beds were comfortable and WiFi was stable. Everyone loved the pool and the color changing pool lights! Having access to laundry was a huge plus and the house came with all the cleaning supplies and detergents we needed. Our host Giancarlo was helpful and attentive to our questions (even when we thought an alarm was going off next door, which turned out to be a frog!). Easy to walk down the road to beach or in to town. I recommend getting a beater car rental as the beach roads are quite overgrown and bumpy and you will regret having a pristine Jeep to look after! (We rented from Vieques Speed Shop). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook family meals. It was a pleasure to cook with the open doors and windows and we also grilled outside often. One suggestion for management is to add in more dinner plates as the 6 that were there was not enough for our party, 10-12 would be perfect! I do think it is worth mentioning that the property does have a moderate amount of corrosion throughout, as it is beachfront. This was an absolutely perfect spot for our family vacation and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Better than advertised

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the folks from the management team that worked with me and my adult age kids to ensure everything went smoothly. Getting to Vieques is a bit tricky, but the management team connected us with a driver to get us from SJU airport to Cieba ferry port. We made all of our connections without a hitch and they even allowed us early check-in. They also hooked us up with a rental car which was imperative to allowing us to explore all of the beautiful beaches of the island. The property itself was well-stocked with necessary supplies including lots of beach towels. The patio and infinity pool were a hit and we spent most evenings watching the sunset from a perfect vantage. Easy five star review from us.

Great for families

Loved the house & location. The views cannot be beaten. There's a perfect beach for children within easy walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Roomy light- filled spaces, wonderful view from the second floor. Pool is smaller than it looks, but perfect for kids and a quick cool dip. Our family ranges from 76 to 4, and all of us had a terrific time.

Gorgeous views, excellent customer service, nice accommodations. Our group of 8 loved staying at this beautiful home on the north shore of Vieques. We also rented two Jeeps from BravosBoyz and this was a super easy process too.

Vieques holiday

This property was perfect..great layout, great location and fully equipped with everything you need. Management was very responsive and the island is fabulous, very laid back and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, you can walk to town and short drive to the south coast beaches and bars. Only add on would be if they had an info package available on the property with maps and island info, it took us a bit to figure out how to get to the great little snorkeling beach just half a block from the house but the island is easy to figure out and there is info available on line and in town. Defintely worth the trip and a great palce to stay/

Great Trip!

The property was a great compliment to our stay in Vieques. Centrally located to Isabel II (although the furthest point is only 30 min away so nothing is really too far away). The accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable for our party of 6. The view from the pool could not be better! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. If we travel back to Vieques we will definitely book this property again.

Breathtaking Views, Great Home!

Eight adults stayed in this home for a week. It was perfect! The views were amazing. So much outdoor / porch space. Lots of indoor / outdoor seating depending on what the weather calls for! We already want to return! Great pool with a great view (not overly warm - but pretty much the same as the temperature of the ocean when we visited in March, so exactly as expected). As mentioned in previous reviews, there is one bedroom that’s smaller and with no view - so if there were four couples staying here, one might be a little disappointed. But for our crowd of adult siblings - no complaints! Four spacious bathrooms - 2 are en suites. Outdoor showers. Plenty of beach chairs (they made sure before we arrived that we not only had enough for all 8 of us but a spare!! What great customer service!) 2 sets of washer / dryers. Honestly, I can’t even begin to describe how well outfitted the house is with a phenomenally well stocked kitchen (even a coffee bean grinder and French press!), towels, cleaning supplies, you name it! Never been in a rental that was so well resourced - so thanks to the owners and manager for that! A/C in the bedrooms, fans in the main areas - lots of ocean breezes. The property manager - Diego -was so kind and super responsive too. Delivered 2 packages to us, had lots of helpful tips, great experience with a great guy! I just can’t say enough good things about this place and our experience! Highly, highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! :)

Family Vacation

We are a family of 6 with four children ranging from 12-21yrs old who stayed here for a week in June. The house was wonderful. It is in a good location. The house has amazing views and a great small pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill worked perfectly. Everyone had their own room and bed. The kids snorkeled every day and we could walk to two small beaches within 1 or 2 minutes. Close to small town and on a wonderful island. Great home for our family vacation.

Spectacular Home for Vieques Vacation

My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenage girls) spent 5 days in the North Shore Pointe home, and the only disappointing thing about the vacation was the unseasonably rainy, windy weather. The home is visually stunning, from the ocean view to architectural and interior design elements. We were also impressed with the high quality of everything in the house, from the furniture and the bedding, to the appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. We have rented many VRBO vacation homes in the States, and have never found a home like this, which was as comfortable as being in our own home. We loved cooking and eating at the house, and dining on the upstairs deck. Even the terrace furniture was substantial and lovely. The beach below the house is small and the water was rough, probably due to the weather, but even so, we were able to snorkel a little. The pool is wonderful as well. Although it is expensive, this house actually exceeded our expectations and we felt just fine with the higher rent, especially since we ate at home every night. (If you go, don't miss the Bio-luminescent Bay--it is worth the whole trip to Vieques.

Spectacular Sunsets

We had a wonderful week at North Shore Pointe. The house was spacious and well equipped. The layout is good and had good flow for the six of us. The views overlooking Puerto Rico are beautiful and the sunsets are spectacular. Laura picked some of us up at the aiport and then was very helpful with instructions for finding the house for the rest of us. She also recommended restaurants and a pharmacy when the need arose. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can.

Modern design with great views!

We stayed in the property as a family of 4 with an 11 and a 14 year old. Property was very well-maintained and decorated/designed. Panoramic view of Puerto Rico to the west and Culebra to the north were stunning. Kitchen was well equipped and we dined in frequently. Indoor/outdoor seating/dining, both covered and on pool deck provided options in any weather. The management company was very accomodating. Everyone decided that we would rent this house again when we next visited the island.
