Seahorse Villa: luxury estate with 75’ infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean

Culebra is located between Puerto Rico's northeastern coast and St. Thomas USVI. There are flights available from Isla Grande Airport, Ceiba Airport or Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Also, you can access the island via ferry from Ceiba, PR.

This furnished oceanfront house is located on a 1 acre property that extends over the protected natural reserve beach of Punta Melones, one of the best beaches for snorkeling in Culebra island. You can experience spectacular sunsets from the 75' infinity pool which overlooks Vieques island, Cayo Luis Peña, the mountains of Puerto Rico and the entrance to the island.

It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, laundry, AC in all rooms and living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large pantry and big balconies and terraces. All rooms have ocean view. The house is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and very close to town and restaurants.

This is a two (2) level home with two separate gazebos:

First floor (entrance) is a fully equipped kitchen, with two 33-bottle wine coolers, large pantry with double oven and 1 full bathroom; all spaces with A/C. Dining room that seats 10 people, adjacent to the living room with SAT/Dish and DVD player. Complete with a large balcony overlooking the ocean with 1 table, a bar stool table, a lounge chair, large sofa and a gas barbecue.

Downstairs are 4 bedrooms (all with A/C), including 2 master suites: 1st master suite with a king size bed, TV, a private bathroom and a chaise lounge; 2nd master bedroom with a king size bed, mini fridge and microwave, a private bathroom and TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (both with full size beds and single beds on top, sleeps 6), TV and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom or Studio has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, 2 sofas, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Also, the laundry facilities are on the first level, a half bathroom in the pool area and outside shower. Every room, terrace, balcony and the infinity pool is overlooking the ocean. Every room has its private entrance.

We require a 3 nights minimum stay. The house has a capacity for up to 12 guests.

We stayed with our family and friends and had an excellent time! There were 9 of us in total and there was plenty of space for all. Loved the pool overlooking the ocean and nearby island. Short walk down the hill to the beach was manageable. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with most everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing time at Seahorse Villa

We’re a group of ten friends. 6 adults 4 kids. We had an amazing time. The snorkeling at the beach below the property was very easy to get to. The house amenities were very nice. Definitely appreciated the snacks and drinks upon arrival. We cooked almost all of our meals in the big kitchen. The pool is nice and views are exceptional. Short drive to markets and ferry dock. A jeep is a must to drive up the driveway. The host’s recommendations for a personal chef and taxis were great.

Everything that was advertised was right on and the property was even more beautiful than we could’ve ever anticipated. Idyllic Getaway with Incredible Views

Our family especially enjoyed our time in Culebra. Seahorse Villa is exactly as advertised and Litza was a top notch host. We spent our time swimming in the pool, snorkeling at Melones Beach, enjoying the views, and exploring the island. We learned that the best snorkeling was in the water right below the villa. We also hired a chef (Jennifer) for two nights and would highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was amazing! Beautiful views, great accomodations. Litza, the owner, was very helpful and generous. She left provisions to get us started for the week. We would have gladly stayed longer. We had a great family vacation. Would highly recommend this property. We visited culebra in March and had beautiful weather. The only downside was there were many mosquitoes. Litza very nicely provided mosquito zappers which helped. Overall, this is a fabulous place and we would love to return!

Beautiful Culebra house

Litza and Ralph's home is simply beautiful. We loved the views from both levels of the house. The house is very private. The kitchen, dining and living room areas upstairs were spacious and full of natural light. Swimming in the infinity pool was so much fun for the kids. The couple has very good taste in décor and architectural style and we very much appreciated being surrounded by all of it. You can walk to Melones Beach right from the pool area - only a few minutes away and it's great for snorkeling.

Just BOOK IT!

We were sold from the listing, but know that the images do not do this place justice. You have to see it! It was our wedding weekend spent with family and friends and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Litza obviously takes great care of the space and has pride in what she’s built. Amazing stay

Litza was a wonderful host and this property was nothing short of spectacular. It easily accommodated our party, ages 3 months to 75 years, with something for everyone at each age. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances (including juicer and blender) and there was a stash of snacks when we arrived. The pool and yard are as fabulous as they look in the photos. One thing that was undersold was the beach. It's an easy downhill walk from the house. The beach itself is rocky (wear shoes) and you need to go out at high tide to avoid damaging the reef which is immediately offshore... but the snorkling was great without any need to get in the car! It was a perfect week all around!!

Amazing property with even more Amazing view

If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet, no hassle vacation at a great property look no further. Litza is the perfect host with the best communication to help coordinate the in and outs of your stay. There isnt alot to do on the island itself but that is the beauty of it. You wont want to leave the property. We recommend Jennifer as youe personal chef and grabbing some beer/wine from the local store and relaxing like we did. There are trips to Culebrita beach and Flamenco beach that are a must. Litza has you covered from every angle. We will definitely do this again as a family.
