The property is close to Olde Town Arvada, downtown Denver, Golden and so much more! You'll find beautiful hiking trails within 30 minutes of the property. There's a light rail nearby to catch a ride to the Union Station. 30 minutes from DIA. 15 minutes to Golden. 25 minutes to Boulder.

This 3BR/3.5BA is a single family home. Each room has it's own private bathroom. It's your home away from home! It has a fully equipped kitchen with all your essential needs. An in-unit washer and dryer so that you don't have to worry about running out of clothes to wear. Attached 2 car garage at your convenience. BUT, there are additional street parking if you have more then 2 vehicles.
