Workspaces, cozy living areas, 3 TV's, full kitchen, studio kitchenette provide your group with two homes in one.
There is only one assigned on site parking spot available. Street parking requires a permit, which is not provided. There are nearby long term and overnight parking lots for a fee.
The local property manager is available to assist guests during the stay and can be reached through the host.
Guests have access to the entire house, studio apartment, outdoor spaces and a free assigned parking spot. There are no shared spaces with neighboring townhomes.
Enter the main house from the ground level and go up one flight of stairs to the kitchen, living, dining, office area and covered balcony. The top level has a private bedroom with large walk in closet, room darkening shades and TV. The den area is also on this level, including a workspace, and a laundry area. The Jack and Jill bathroom is conveniently located in between the den and the bedroom. The level above is a large rooftop deck with great views and cozy furniture.
The studio style apartment is on the ground floor with a combination living, dining and bedroom area. The sizable kitchenette is well equipped with all the cooking basics. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom and a large closet for storage and clothing.
