Welcome to The Mesa ViewHouse, our 3 bed, 3.5 bath private retreat in beautiful Palisade, CO. Just minutes from downtown Palisade, restaurants, wineries, hiking, biking and paddling, this home is a great escape from the Front Range. The Mesa ViewHouse sleeps up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy all the Western Slope has to offer. Whether you are here for the daring Palisade Plunge, or ready to relax and enjoy some wine, we know you will love your stay in Palisade.
The home is tucked back on a dead-end road and backs up to incredible, truly breathtaking views of Palisade. You can soak in sunrises and sunsets from the backyard while hanging by the pool, grilling or just sipping on some wine. The home was remodeled from top to bottom and the modern interior is only second to the views out the back windows. Blackout shades are provided in the bedrooms but you likely won't want to miss out on the views in the morning! The center of the home has an open kitchen, dining and den area making it a great gathering space for all guests.
The layout is arranged perfectly for three couples to share the home and still have their own space. Off to one side of the gathering room there is a bedroom and office with hallway bath. The other side of the home has two bedrooms each with their own on on-suite bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer and a powder room.
We provide all bed linens, bath and pool towels. Hotel style soaps, shampoos, etc. are provided as 'starters' for your stay. The laundry room is available for your use, detergent and fabric softener is provided. The kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook at home while visiting and there is a gas grill on the pool deck as well. There is an EV charger in the garage for those guests who may need to charge their vehicles.
This house is the best Palisade has to offer with a great location, stellar views and beautiful interior. So come unwind with a glass of wine at The Mesa ViewHouse!
Strict six (6) person max occupancy. Two (2) Night Minimum stays. No children in or around the swimming pool without adult supervision. No pets.

We live in Denver and have been visiting Palisade with friends for more than a decade. We have so many fond memories of enjoying everything this wonderful town has to offer. When The Mesa ViewHouse became available, we jumped on the opportunity to have our own oasis in Palisade. The remodel was a labor of love and we are excited to share this incredible home with you. Palisade, CO has something for everyone and our home is located in the middle of it all. Mountain and road biking, fishing, hiking, rafting, wine tasting, exploring the Lavender Farms and Peach Orchards are just some of the things you can enjoy here. There are also lots of great festivals throughout the year including the very popular Wine and Peach Festivals.
