The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, hot tub, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation in the heart of Grand Junction! Pool is closed November-March/April of each year. Extra fees do apply for any guests greater than 4 people and if you would like the pool heated. Events are allowed but different fees will apply so please message host first.
