Cozy and Comfortable 1939 Cottage Close to Wittenberg, Shopping, Restaurants.

Come and stay in our cute cottage home built in 1939, owned and managed by a VRBO Premier Host. (I have one other property in Overland Park, Kansas.) It has much of it's original charm- unpainted woodwork, arches, glass doorknobs, beautiful non-working fireplace with mantle. It's located in a quiet, family neighborhood.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal or just a cup of coffee with our new Kuerig coffee maker. There is filtered water and ice from the refrigerator door. There is also a Bose radio in the kitchen. The dining room has seating for 4. The living room has comfortable seating, a tv with Netflix and local channels, and is light and bright. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and good quality 100% cotton linens. There are room darkening drapes on the windows. The smaller bedroom has a twin size bed with a new mattress and good quality 100% cotton linens and has "black out" curtains on the windows. It also has a small desk. All of our sheets and towels are 100% cotton and are washed in "free and clear" detergent. Our bathroom has been recently remodeled with a new sink, toilet and tile floor. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
Outside you will find a covered back porch to sit outside and a small yard. There is a private drive for parking at the side of the house.
