Welcome to our hidden gem house on Almond Ave in beautiful Monrovia city! Newly renovated this year, brand new bathroom, and new appliances. Unwind in the comfortable living area, enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and rest peacefully in the well thought out furnished bedrooms. Soak up the California sunshine. Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms have independent thermostats for maximum comfort.

The house is fully furnished, completely remodeled, tastefully designed and perfect for a group or family of 6 or less with quality furniture and luxurious bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately this is the worst experience we’ve ever had in a short term rental. This is a very small house with minimal open space. Furniture is as cheap and uncomfortable as it gets. Poorly stocked kitchen and no dishwasher. Washer and dryer are inconveniently located outside in a small shed. Water pressure in the shower was weak. But perhaps the worst part was a major bug issue with ants and small spiders everywhere - you could see them crawling in and out of the cracks in the baseboards. We even saw several ants in the bedding! Internet went out twice during our stay, so had to spend multiple days at coffee shops just to get work done. Owner response to complaints was suboptimal at best. Internet repair was slow and involved resetting the router in the adjacent house that she also owns. Regarding the bug issue, instead of sending an exterminator, she offered to send bug spray to the house. On the very last day of our stay, she finally sent an extermination company. Really the only positive was the area. We enjoyed neighborhood walks and local shops and restaurants. Monrovia is a charming town. Highly advise against anyone staying here. Quite frankly, it was a nightmare from start to finish.

You need to replace the couches. They photographed well, very uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the mattresses very comfortable. Thank you for making the house so welcoming when we arrived. Noticed one of the couch zippers is broken, Of course the stove top has seen better days. Thank you.
