Tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Cape Island of North Topsail Beach, Copper Top #146 (a Landmark Vacation Rentals home) has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, accommodating 21 guests. Making for the perfect island oasis, this home offers a private deep-water dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, a hot tub, and a neighborhood pool. This home truly presents entertainment for all and is the epitome of an upscale North Carolina beach getaway!
Guests will enter through the garage where they will be met with two bedrooms on the ground floor, one has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin futon, TV, and an en suite bathroom. The other has a king-sized bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom. Note that these two bedrooms are located on the ground level and must be accessed through the garage.
As guests enter the main house, a large, spacious living room, decorated in a traditional style, boasts large windows allowing the natural sunlight to fill the gorgeous space. There is ample, comfortable seating and a large TV is located in a custom-built entertainment system. Nearby, a formal dining room has seating for 8. The expansive chef’s kitchen has everything needed to whip up meals during the week and features plenty of countertop space, lots of storage, a gas range, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. An additional eating area in the kitchen has seating for six. An expansive deck overlooking the ICW is accessible from the kitchen, dining, and living room and offers plenty of seating options for enjoying meals together or entertaining a golden hour cocktail.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Located on the street side are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom, the other, with two twin over full bunk beds. A jack and jill bathroom is shared between the bunk room and a sound side bedroom, which has a king-size bed, TV and sound front deck access.
Proceed upstairs to find the remaining two bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, fireplace, TV, sound front deck access, and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. This deck space is shared between the master and one other bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.
There is certainly no shortage of entertainment. A hot tub and deep water boat dock are available (Boat lift is not available for guest use) Guests have access to a community beach access year-round and a community pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. High-speed internet and cable TV are provided.
Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
