The house was right on the water with a great view of the bay and of the Kemah waterfront. The rooms were large and comfortable and the view from the second floor deck was fantastic.We highly recommend the house and appreciate the host in providing a great place for a holiday weekend.

The property was as described - clean, comfortable and family-friendly. Communication and check in was fine. My only complaint was that we sure would have liked a heads-up about the extensive construction around the property. It was very difficult to get to and from, even with GPS navigating. We had family coming in at all different times and multiple wedding events to get to and the construction slowed even the Uber drivers from getting us places in a timely manner. The noise and multiple cement trucks and back hoes right out the back door at 7 in the morning truly interfered with sleep and the bucolic coastal atmosphere we were hoping for.

Judith, I am so sorry for the inconvenience of the construction! Luckily for us they completed the construction and placement of new traffic lights and concrete intersection rather quickly. The detour should’ve took an extra min to drive around the block but GPS sometimes makes no sense. 7AM is definitely too early for noise though! Hope y’all will consider staying in the future so you can fully enjoy your stay.

Great Beach house vibe. Overall it was a great experience and the property owner is amazing which made it worth the trip just on that fact. The house functions well for a beach house and has great natural lighting and access. Big yard, awesome views of the beach, Great air conditioning, easy access to local places and absolutely worth staying staying.
