The Space:

Welcome to our newly remodeled & beautiful 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Home in Kemah, TX. Experience the charm of coastal living in our spacious home, perfectly situated on a corner lot just 1 block from the bay. You'll enjoy a lovely breeze throughout the house, making your stay refreshing and relaxing.

• Prime Location - We are a short walk away from the entertaining Kemah Boardwalk where you can enjoy: amusement rides, waterfront dining, live entertainment, &b seasonal festivities.

Home Features:



1st Floor:

• Downstairs Bedroom Sleeps 4 - Queen bed & sleeper sofa with an en-suite restroom, perfect sleeping arrangements for families or groups wanting more privacy. This bedroom has a private entrance downstairs next to the 1 car garage. The split unit AC cools the room very quickly. This room sleeps up to 4, most comfortably with 2 adults on The Queen bed & 2 kids on the sleeper sofa.

• Bathroom - Full bath with a shower & tub combo located inside the bedroom.

• Outdoor Patio - covered & complete with a swing & Smart TV, there is also a charcoal BBQ grill

• Laundry Facilities - Full size washer & dryer for your use, located to the left when you enter the garage

• Parking - A convenient 1 car garage (manually opens), along with a driveway that can hold 3-4 cars



2nd Floor:

• Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Smart TV, large closet, & en-suite restroom for added privacy

• Bedroom 2 - King bed, Smart TV, & ample closet space with iron/ironing board

• Bedroom 3 - Twin size bunk beds, perfect for kids or small guest. This room is separated from the house by a privacy curtain & comes with its own AC. Great room for kids.

• Additional Full Bathroom - easy access for all with traditional shower/tub combo

• Living Room - Large & comfy sectional couch, Smart TV, & lots of natural lighting

• Equipped Kitchen - has all the pots, pans, dishes, & utensils. Enjoy fresh coffee in the Keurig.

• The living room & kitchen flow seamlessly together making this a great space for entertaining.



Elevator:

• We do have an elevator that is for ACCESSIBLE USE ONLY!! If you require the elevator please reach out to us for operating instructions.

Guest Access:

Welcome! Guest will enter through the upstairs door, by the patio table. Guest will have full access to all parts of the home, excluding the elevator. That is for accessible guest ONLY! Please let us know at booking if you will need access.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits only 1 block off the water so there's always a nice bay breeze blowing through. This neighborhood is LIVELY & has plenty of fun activities for all ages!

The Kemah Boardwalk is a is a 5 block walk, and in those 5 blocks you'll find everything to create fun filled memories - like delicious restaurants, lively bars, ice cream shops, escape rooms, tattoo parlors, and even a marina if you would enjoy spending some time out on the beautiful bay. This area truly offers a little something for everyone!

Getting Around:

The home has free parking. There is a 1 car garage (manually opens), along with a driveway that can hold up to 3 vehicles. If you have additional vehicles there is free street parking, but please do NOT block any neighbor's driveways or the flow of traffic. Please do not park on the grass!



You can walk throughout the Kemah waterfront District. There's many places to stop in & cool off with a refreshing beverage or treat. If you're not into walking, no worries!

We can set you up with a golf-cart rental for the duration of your stay. Please ask at the time of booking if you are interested in renting one.



Other Things to Note:

There is an elevator on the property that is for handicap accessible use ONLY!! Please let us know when booking if you will need access.
