This spacious & beautiful home is just 1 block from the water & a short stroll to the Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy games, rides, live bands, & seasonal festivities. Explore the nearby marina, indulge in delicious dining at fantastic restaurants, & experience lively bar hopping - all within walking distance. With golf cart rentals available, adventure is just around the corner. Embrace the coastal laidback lifestyle in this perfect location!

• Bedroom 2 - King bed, Smart TV, & ample closet space with iron/ironing board
• Bedroom 3 - Twin size bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guest
• Additional Full Bathroom - easy access for all guests
• Living Room - Large & comfy sectional couch, Smart TV, & lots of natural lighting
• Equipped Kitchen - has all the pots, pans, dishes, & utensils. Enjoy fresh coffee from the Keurig.

• We do have an elevator that is for ACCESSIBLE USE ONLY!! If you require the elevator please reach out to us for operating instructions.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Clean the grill out (remove food & dump the ashes) before departing, if you used it. Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.

Turn the Ac up to 76 degrees in the summer; turn the heat down to 68 in the winter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Do not damage towels or bedding. There will be a $10/towel replacement fee. Bedding replacement fee at current cost.

Trash days are Mon and Thurs. If you are staying those days please take the trash can to the curb and bring it back in afterwards.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is awesome. This is the Kemah Waterfront District, there is a marina that does charters, fishing or sunset cruises, many amazing restaurants, lots of bars where the locals hang, & of course the Kemah Boardwalk is only 3 blocks away & they always have something going on. Whether you want amusement rides, games, shopping, a splash pad or train ride for the kids, delicious waterfront restaurants, or just want to watch the boats go by... this place has something for everyone's enjoyment!
There's also seasonal live music & fireworks. It's nice to have a house that's only a few blocks away when you're pleasantly exhausted from spending the day adventuring around town.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique due to its great location. You can rent a golf cart (or walk) & spend the days exploring all the shops, bars, restaurants, & head down to the Boardwalk without even having to get into your car! The many seasonal activities make this area fun for all, no matter the time of year!
