Step inside Breezy Bungalow and settle into a stylish, laid-back Tybee retreat—perfect for families or groups of friends. This fully remodeled home is designed for comfort, easy hangs, and unforgettable island weekends.

Out back is where the fun really starts: enjoy a 14' x 24' private pool (heating available for an additional fee), a putting green, and a breezy patio that’s made for morning coffee, grilling, or an afternoon cocktail after the beach.

Located on Tybee Island’s lively south end, you’ll be close to everything—the beach, pier, back-river, restaurants, and local bars—so you can park once and enjoy the island at the relaxed pace of Tybee time.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Breezy Bungalow, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living area. Outside, enjoy the private 14' x 24' pool (pool heating available for an extra fee), the putting green, the patio with seating, and the BBQ grill. You'll also have access to amenities like the washer and dryer, beach essentials, and free parking. The property is a single-level home, ensuring easy access throughout.



The Neighborhood:

The Breezy Bungalow is nestled within walking distance to the Tybee Island Pier, local restaurants, shops, the beach, and the back river! End your day enjoying the most beautiful sunsets from the back river beach.



Getting Around:

Given Tybee Island's walkability, many destinations are easily accessible on foot. For those who prefer to drive, please note that street parking is available, but it requires payment.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: There is a $50 per day fee for the pool heater. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and must complete a check-in form, providing a copy of their driver's license for age verification. For your safety, exterior security cameras are in place.
