The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to hang the Key Fob back up in the laundry room. Place the Welcome Book back on the desk or on the Kitchen Counter.
Put any moved furniture back in place. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Leave all used beds unmade and account for ALL, both (2) TV remotes.
Travel Safely to your next destination.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO Mail Service. Guests can set up a temporary mailbox through the US Postal Service. Packages from Amazon should utilize their Locker/Hub service.
You agree to pay a $500 fine for smoking and or evidence of smoking in unit or on property. Late Check-Out fee is $75.00 for EVERY 30 min after 10 am.
Please leave Key Fob on the hook, the kitchen table, or the counter upon departure. Lost / Damaged Replacements are $100.00 each.

Our stay in South Jordan

I opened the door and immediately thought this is a nice quiet place. The first thing I did was turn on all the lights open up the patio door full of cobwebs and dirt and leaves and filth, so I closed it back up and shut the blinds then I looked at the floor and the floor hadn’t been mopped. There was crud stuck to the floor and cabinets. The red utensils in the cup were grimy feeling, I didn’t even want to use them to cook with. I pulled out the pots and pans to use. They were filthy. Somebody just put them in dirty, but back to the floor. I had to sweep the floor and I had to mop it. At least there were the supplies there that I needed. The refrigerator was just emptied out and basically not even wiped out. It looks like somebody had meat in there and the blood leaked in the cracks of the glass shelves. The water pitcher that had filtered water in it has black mold in it. I may be close to 70, but it’s just the simplest things they needed to do. The garbage can sitting in the kitchen had crud on it. Spilt, splattered food on the walls. The batteries in the remotes needed to replaced as well as the clock on the wall. The sofa bed had crumbs in itwalls.came thereTh
