It’s two levels with a bedroom, bathroom and 65” Smart TV on each floor, great for sharing with friends an family, the 35 ft vaulted ceilings creates lots of open space with a full kitchen and everything you’ll need to cook great meals, entertain with friends and family, full size washer and dryer, fully stocked bathrooms. Enjoy a quiet and private stay nestled in a upscale neighborhood with lots of lush green grass, giant trees and 360• Mountain View’s, just 5 min off the 1-15 freeway, you’ll have quick access to retail, outlet shopping, grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, tons of restaurants and all kinds of entertainment centers, movie theaters, parks, bike trails, golf courses and so much more, 25-50 minutes to any of Utahs 8 ski resorts and famous parks, You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

I’m a flight Attendant who restores houses on my days off. I’m a great host and love meeting people, swapping fun travel stories and planning my next adventure.
Why they chose this property
Beautiful upscale neighborhood with big yards full of mature trees and green grass, secluded, safe and friendly neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, outlets malls and parks nearby, just 15 min from both airports. With its easy freeway access your 18 minutes from the canyons to ski, hike, bike and enjoy Utahs beautiful scenery. Centrally located to all large venue centers, you can get anywhere quick and easy. And what a view, mountains all around, beautiful.

This house is a separate unit on .44 acre lot built in 2022 it sits behind our 4th car garage, with a private driveway and entrance you have easy access to come and go, It’s a two story layout with a bedroom, bathroom and 65’ TV on each level, huge vaulted ceilings it’s a great space to share with friends and family, you’ll feel right at home. Perfect location and easy freeway access to everything, airports, ski resorts, venues, all within a 18 minute drive, Trax train station just up the street, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all around. This location is perfect and you’ll love looking at all the mountains surrounding the home, come enjoy your stay in Beautiful Draper Utah.
