The overall stay was good. There were issues and communication was good but could have been quicker. The home had WiFi/television connectivity issues that were able to be remedied quickly. Unfortunately after paying the grill fee, we found out that the grill was broken after attempting to use it and was not refunded any money. I hope this issue is fixed for other guests.

My guests and I enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could have been smoother like the check in process. We were not told that we first had to go to the main gate to get security passes and check in. We also had to wait for the door code becasue despite my having submitted the signed contract months ago, the property management company required that I resubmit it. Once these kinks were worked out, everything else was great. The property was beautiful and clean. It would be nice to have larger bars of soap and/or actual pump hand soap in the unit instead of having to buy that. All in all a great trip.
