Four Winds 703 is a one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf-front condo on the 7th floor in the heart of Orange Beach, close to all area attractions.



Unit amenities:



• Balcony access from the living room



• Tile flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four and four additional barstools



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Hallway alcove with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• Keyless entry for quick check-in/check-out



• Parking: One car is included automatically. Maximum two cars allowed. Additional passes are $50 + tax per car (contact us to add)

Great place for the money

We decided to come to the beach last min and was struggling to find a place. This one had some bad review so we were skeptical. Upon arriving, we didn’t expect a whole lot. Yo our surprise, it was way better than expected. The condo was clean and furnished pretty good. The beach view is perfect, and is right there. Do bring extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, and toilet paper. Overall it was great.

Absolutely loved this place.! Will be back, only negative would be I wish the pool was heated. Highly recommend, it’s very quiet and local to all stores.

This was a great spot directly on the beach. Everything was very and clean and as described on the listing. There were a few things that could use a bit of updating, but nothing major that affected our stay. Also, the WiFi did get a bit spotty at times, but overall worked when we needed it. Overall great communication with the host and would stay here again. The balcony view was amazing overlooking the ocean.

The beach itself was excellent, even when busy. the view was great, we sat outside for hours. There were a few minor upkeep issues (e.g. the sliding door stuck, the bedside table drawers were falling out etc) the biggest gripe would have been that the dehumidifier was very loud and ran constantly. It may have slept 6 but it would be very small for 6 people to stay in. A broom in the room would have been nice to deal with the inevitable sand. Overall, we liked it but a few minor things could have made it a 5.

Lovely

Check in and check out we’re super smooth. Our unit was ready when we arrived and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The glass door to the balcony is old and not clear so it’s not a great view from the living room to the water and beach. It probably needs to be replaced. The pool and lounge area are nice and the walk to the beach is short. There are umbrellas you can rent with chairs, but there’s plenty of room for your own chair and umbrella as well. We went in late April and it was the perfect time because the beach wasn’t packed with people. I did not appreciate being asked to clean and put up the dishes and strip the beds. It is my opinion that those things should be included in the cleaning. I am giving it a 5 star in spite of the dish and bedding issue. Those things are not a reflection on the unit itself but the managing company.

Absolutely loved our stay! The bunk beds were not the comfiest according to the kids and the people above us kept us up a few nights, but over all our stay was great. We didn’t have one of our parking passes when we checked in and they responded very quickly and had it bright to us with in the hour. We will definately be back.

Great location!

Overall our stay was wonderful! It is a great location, on a beautiful beach. The only reason for not getting a 5 star review is the patio furniture was not very comfortable. I would give the rating a 4.5 if it let me! Otherwise the condo itself was very clean and was as exactly as shown in the pictures.

Amazing Sights

We had an amazing time as we got to see so much wildlife from the balcony and the beach here ....There were Dolphins and Manta rays crabs and all sorts of birds....The extra fun credits were amazing also a added bonus to the trip we used them for fishing and a dolphin cruise...location was amazing just sad we didn't have more time to see it all.
