Deer Pines - Enjoy a relaxing family getaway at this great, McCall home. Nestled in the pines on a quiet street, not far from Payette Lake, 15 min from Brundage Mtn Ski Resort, 5 min to downtown. The home boasts recent updates, beautiful knotty pine, and modern appliances throughout. Enjoy watching deer and other wildlife pass or a small fire in the firepit out the back door!

The main level, the open-concept living area is a great gathering place. The full kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new countertops and comes equipped to handle family-style cooking. The dining table has seating for six with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. In the evenings, everyone can cozy up around the gas fireplace and play games or watch a movie on one of the included streaming services.

All three bedrooms are located on the second level of the home and guests will access the home through the upstairs door. Guests have access to one bay of the garage and there is room for additional vehicles or small trailers in the driveway.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras face driveway, exterior stairway, and back patio.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

We spent a long weekend with our two teenagers at this wonderful “family-friendly” property. It was in the perfect location in McCall for access to hunting grounds, shopping, dining, art museums, and lake activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved just hanging out in the evenings enjoying the amenities of the property.

Weekend at Deer Pines

The interior of this home was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable for our party of 8. We really appreciated having plenty of mugs, dishes, and utensils! The exterior, however, could use some paint and some serious weed-wacking was needed around the house and yard. Though the management company was very responsive to our request for "early" and "late" check-in/out (normally 4 p.m. 10 a.m. respectively), it could only be granted the day before we arrived/left. This process seemed a bit awkward and could have been avoided if the normal check-in/out times were set less stringently at an hour earlier/later.
