We were two couples going to a wedding in Alsea. This place was perfect for us as we each had our own bathroom. It was clean, location was great and it had everything we needed for our stay. We even managed to get a hike in our your local Bald Hill Natural Area.

A great stay in Philomath. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the tv and Brian was there within 30 minutes to take care of it. We highly recommend this location!

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this location. It is very close to Dizzy Hen and Dirt Road Brewery, two of our favorites. This house is clean and comfortable and a short drive to Corvallis. I definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful trip to Philomath

We came from AZ to visit our OR grandchildren but we wanted our own space. Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

Hosts were very responsive & helpful! Loved this location for access to nearby restaurants and easy parking. We stayed here as a group for a mountain biking weekend and had a great time! The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking big meals - would stay again!

Super clean and cozy!

What a cute place! I was in town under less than ideal circumstances (a funeral) and it was really nice to have such an easy check-in process and also NOT have all kinds of rules and clean-up procedures that some properties have. Very cozy beds, nice bedding. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. It was a really nice stay and absolutely amazing value.

This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future!
