Welcome to Soleil House, a quiet, family-friendly 3BR/2BA home in the Ocean Grove community of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach.
Located less than two blocks from the ocean, it’s an easy 2-minute walk to the beach. The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the home.
Guests enjoy access to a community pool, children’s pool, and hot tub, all within this peaceful, HOA-governed neighborhood—ideal for families and respectful guests seeking a relaxing beach stay. This is not a party home.
Inside, the home features high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout, luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first and second floors, a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair, and a full-size washer and dryer. A toddler play-and-go is also available for families traveling with young children.
Windy Hill is close to excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment. Walk to the beach for swimming, fishing, or evening strolls. Barefoot Landing is just over a mile away, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, and other attractions are an easy drive.

• Parking for 2 vehicles only (assigned)
• No boats, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or trailers
• No pets
• No smoking
• No parties, fireworks, loitering, or sleeping in vehicles
