Merritt island stay

Very clean, bed comfortable We are older so couch and toilet was too low to ground for us but the place is very nice if you need a place to crash now cooking which we knew I would recommend this place One of the cleanest properties we have rented

I highly recommend this apartment because is safe, very quiet and is in one of the best residential areas in Merritt Island. It is strategically centered near Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, museums and Merritt Island Square Mall. Dinning access: perfect. Our gratitude to Don Tony, the owner, who treated us as VIP’s!

Good Enough

I had the lower bedroom in a upper/lower house with a separate entry. Upon arrival, there was no explanation to go to the rear entrance and enter the code. I walked in on other guests in the upstairs. They were good (2 men) but this could have been really weird if they were women. They initially thought I was the owner. Eventually they showed me the back entrance through the gate and code worked well etc. I will give the location a plus for what I needed, Quiet neighborhood yet still close for things to do in the immediate area. The place was clean with a remodeled shower. The only drawback was that smoking leaked through the walls. I lived with it, but it would've been an issue for someone allergic or a complete disdain for the smell of smoke. Overall good, but the check in process, specifically instructions for the back entrance need to be clarified for future guests.
