Fantastic accommodations. Very clean. Perfect location for us. The house is close to several local restaurants with excellent food (The Tattooed Moose) and a short drive away from Charleston, James Island, and Kiawah Islands. I highly recommend this place.
The reservations were easy and clear. Our stay was amazing. Loved the house and neighborhood. The yard has a privacy fence for our dogs. Very quiet and peacefull.
Lowcountry Hideaway was perfect for our family. It met all of our needs. Super clean and spacious. The proximity to everything we wanted to do was great.
Everything was good about the house. Clean, roomy, nice kitchen. The only issue was the neighbor's dogs barking in the middle of the night many nights of our stay. Not our host's fault. Just inconsiderate people with no concern for others. We would recommend it to others.
Had a great stay even though Tropical Storm Debby made an appearance. :) Jaime went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get everything we needed for our stay and all of the small personal touches were much appreciated.
Wonderful property near my family and perfect for me. Clean, comfortable bed. Nice welcome package. House is on a quiet street. Host is very responsive and easy to deal with. I will be back.
We spent 3 weeks exploring Charleston and did not want to spend a huge amount of money so this location worked well for us. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to explore within one hour. The house has largely been recently renovated, although, there are a some aspects of the property that still need attention/repair. Lastly, while the house does have three bedrooms, it only has a single bathroom.
This property was beautiful! The owner pays attention to detail with cleanliness and high end fixtures and decor. There was a gift basket with toiletries when we arrived. The linens and towels are comfortable as well as the beds. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but local restaurants were close by. The owner replies quickly to questions. We would stay again!
This is a very clean and comfortable place with a huge yard…. Just wish I had not gotten a nail in my tire parking. Beware of glass, screws, nails etc especially if you have pets with you!

Low Country Hideaway
The property stated online that it was pet friendly. Later it stated no pets after we had reservations. My young grandson sat on a bed and it collapsed. It was a very flimsy wooden frame. We immediately took pictures and notified the owner/representative of this. Upon departure the owner filed a claim with the insurance. The workmanship on the bed was, in my opinion, substandard. We won’t be renting this property in the future but anyone that does should be cautious with the stability of the beds. Otherwise the house was clean and in a good area.
When we first pulled up, I was a little skeptical about it. It doesn't have a lot of (curb appeal). But when we went in, it looks very clean and was decorated nice.
After looking at the entire house we went to the backyard because the listing said it had a hot tub as one of the Ammenties, it DOES NOT.
We were a little disappointed, as we were looking forward to relaxing in it at night.
My family has dust allergies and my husband happened to take a peak at the air filter for the house and it was completely covered in dust!
I messaged the host with a picture and asked if it would be possible to change it for us?
I will say he responded quickly, and did have it changed several hours later for us. That was lovely and definitely helped!
The beds were pretty decent, though the one squeaked every time you move on it. So if you're trying to (connect) with your partner without your children hearing thats a no go! 😄
The area was fine, pretty centrally located to many things.
My family didn't receive the welcome basket that many others did, I'm not sure why. But that's ok.
The keurig was nice! There aren't really a lot of towels or washcloths, and you have to bring your own soap etc, even though it said it was provided.
The price was affordable and all in all it was a nice place.
This home and our time there suited all our needs for us in a semi-secluded area that was not too far from the beach, or down town Charleston, with plenty if things to do locally as well.
