Wonderful cabin

We really loved this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved that the living room had extra sleeping and sheets and bedding provided. Wonderful overnight stay, thank you!

Owners supplied charcoal smores nice yard with fire pit , also supplied fire wood popcorn etc.

Sweet little cabin

Overall i really liked the cabin. It was easy to get to, very clean, inviting with plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen amenities were great and host even left fuxing for smores.

Beautiful little cabin with everything you need. Screened in porch was wonderful Kids enjoyed outdoors and we all enjoyed the fire pit.

Was a perfect stay for a night

Everything was well set for us when we arrived. Plenty of seating and a tv in each room for the children to watch what they wanted. The screened in porch was a blessing for me. It was quiet and cozy. Will try to rent this one out again next time I am in town.

Wine country

After our original plans got cancelled, we decided to come up to Ashtabula County! We were thrilled to find a place that was exactly what we wanted!!! Loved the location! The house is super cute and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the fire pit and the fireworks that neighbors had!

Girl's Winery Weekend

5 of us stayed for one night. It was so cute and cozy. They left fruit and water for us which was very sweet! We brought coffee for a regular coffee pot but only found a Keurig. Thank goodness there were also k cups. Loved this place and would stay again!

It was wonderful

It was such a cute cozy place and they thought of everything. Nice chairs around the fire pit, hot dog pokers, couple outdoor games. The porch was so nice to sit and relax. All the towels and bedding was nice.

The perfect family retreat.

River retreat was the perfect place for my family and I to stay. I loved the decor. All the little touches like leaving smores fixings, outside games for the kids to play, 4th of July plates and napkins. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath towels were big and fluffy. Outside was just as amazing as the inside. Fire pit filled with wood, outside grill, lovely table with umbrella. Check in was easy. The owner was receptive to my needs and any questions I had. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jeannie for the lovely stay at your VRBO.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at the River Retreat for a Fall Girls Birthday Weekend. The house is adorable! Well maintained and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches! There’s was a bottle of Ferantti wine in the fridge with a Happy Birthday bow and sign! What a nice touch! Great communication. Everything was clean. The yard is beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous! 15 minutes to the wineries and 20 minutes to Geneva-on-the Lake. We will be back again!
